Florida Life & Health Exchange is led by Henry Goode, whose background spans nearly two decades in finance and insurance. Before founding FLHE, Henry worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, where he managed approximately $180 million in client assets. That experience shaped a planning-first mindset focused on responsibility, transparency, and putting the client’s interests first.
