Henry Goode is a graduate of Radford University with majoring Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Physical Science, a minor in Spanish, and has received a Cum Laude designation with honors and as well is recognized as a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Society. Henry is also as graduate of Florida State University with a designation in financial planning

Henry’s first substantial career was in the financial industry whereby he was employed by Merrill Lynch for almost a decade, and then later for Wachovia Securities. With the expertise of his field and colleagues he helped manage over 180 million in assets for a small group of clients. During his time in the financial industry Henry Goode served on the finance committee for the United Way and was a board member of the Health First Foundation.

Henry Goode opened a company called Spartan Strategies Group (SSG) to aid charities with Charitable Individual Retirement Assets (CHIRA), and quickly started incorporating insurance lines of businesses to aid the general public. Recently, Henry Goode has changed the name of SSG to Florida Life and Health Exchange (FLHE) and is currently serving as the principal managing member. Over the time of his career Henry Goode has collaborated with many individuals and entities in the securities industry, and has learned much over his 27 year career thus far.

As a service to his community, Henry Goode serves currently as leader for the Boy Scouts of America and namely for the young men locally including his son in the Satellite Beach’s Pack 309 Unit. He aids with the character development of our community’s youth and continues to strive toward the values of Scout Law and Codes.
